Welcome to the Raleigh Supplier Connection Website!
This is the central access point for businesses who intend to or are currently conducting business with the City of Raleigh.
The Raleigh Supplier Connection self-service portal is available at no cost and provides access for suppliers to:
- Update company business information,
- Update and upload MWBE (Minority Women Business Enterprise) Certificates, if applicable,
- Track payment activity,
- Change your payments from check to electronic ACH (Automated Clearing House),
- Acknowledge purchase orders,
- View announcements and upcoming events.
New Suppliers to the City of Raleigh:
If your business is not already registered with the City of Raleigh, please click the Register as a Supplier link in the upper left Supplier Login section and register your company. Completing the registration process increases the visibility of your business to all City departments. It is important that you provide complete and accurate registration information and that you provide timely and accurate updates if your information changes.
Existing Suppliers to the City of Raleigh:
If you are a current supplier to the City and do not have a login username and password, please click the Create a New User Accounts link in the upper left Supplier Login section in order to start using the benefits of the Raleigh Supplier Connection.
Please note: The City Information Technology Department supports and recommends using the Raleigh Supplier Connection portal with the latest versions of Microsoft Internet Explorer, Google Chrome, or Firefox. Other internet browsers may also work, but the City cannot validate or confirm which browsers are usable with the Raleigh Supplier Connection portal other than IE, Chrome, and Firefox.

**International Business Based Outside the USA – the online supplier registration form will not work for businesses needing to register from outside of the United States.
If you are located outside the United States, please contact the City of Raleigh Procurement Division by email at SupplierConnection@raleighnc.gov or by phone at 919-996-3240 and request that a paper registration form be sent to you.
