Public Solicitations Posted to NC eVP
|
|
- Bidding Opportunities - All City solicitations (Bids, RFPs, RFQs) for Apparatus, Supplies, Materials, Equipment, Services, and Construction are posted on the North Carolina electronic Vendor Portal.
- The North Carolina electronic Vendor Portal (eVP) is a State of North Carolina free, online bid posting system that allows suppliers to view and download solicitations documents directly from the website. Using eVP enables the City to reach an increased number of potential suppliers including HUB certified MWBE suppliers.
- When a solicitation is posted to eVP, an e-mail notification is automatically sent to each supplier registered in eVP for the corresponding commodity related to the solicitation. Please note that Adobe Acrobat Reader is needed to view solicitation documents.
- Important: Suppliers are responsible for checking the eVP website to obtain all solicitations documents for goods and services and any addenda that may be issued to those solicitations. For formal Construction Bids, only the advertisement summary document is posted to eVP. Construction bidders are responsible for contacting the issuing City Department for the complete Construction Bid documents.
- If you have any questions or issues using the eVP website, contact the NC electronic Vendor Portal Help Desk at 888-211-7440, option 2, or vendor@nc.gov.
